Terms of Service

RestaurantSouq is a listings platform. We host advertisements placed by restaurant owners, brokers, employers and job seekers, and we let registered users contact each other. We are not a party to any sale, lease, employment agreement or other transaction arranged through the site, and we do not act as a broker, agent or employer.

You need an account to post a listing, message another user or view contact details. You must give accurate registration information, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for everything done through your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, posts misleading listings, or is used to harass other users.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, store and distribute that content on the site for as long as the listing is live.

You are responsible for making sure your listing is accurate, lawful, and yours to post. Do not post content that is:

• false, misleading, or a placeholder or test entry;
• an offer for a business, premises or role you have no authority over;
• discriminatory in a way that is unlawful in the applicable jurisdiction;
• someone else's personal information, posted without their consent;
• infringing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

We may edit, unpublish or delete any listing at our discretion, including listings that appear to be tests, duplicates or spam.

Contact details attached to listings are shown only to signed-in users. You may use them to enquire about that specific listing. You may not collect, scrape, resell or add them to a marketing list, and you may not use them to send unsolicited bulk messages.

We do not verify listings, financial figures, trade licences, identities, right-to-work status or the outcome of any introduction made through the site. Do your own due diligence before paying money, signing anything or sharing sensitive documents. Treat any request for an upfront fee, deposit or document with caution.

Browsing, registering and posting are currently free. If we introduce paid features we will say so clearly before you are charged.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising out of dealings between users, reliance on listing content, or unavailability of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Use the report control on a listing, or email restaurantsouq@gmail.com. If you believe content infringes your rights or discloses your personal information, tell us what and where, and we will review it.

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
